You’ll need to show your tickets at the entrance to be allowed in. If your ticket hasn’t arrived via email, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will get back to you ASAP. (It’s worth checking your spam folder before getting in touch with us!)
All cars need a ticket to be allowed on site. We accept both printed and electronic tickets – just show us the e-ticket on your phone.
All sales of the Peachy Playhouse tickets are final. We cannot offer the ability to swap or transfer tickets. If you would like to attend another screening, you will need to purchase additional tickets.
We operate a full refund policy. This means that if any of our events are not able to safely take place, we will refund the entirety of the ticket price, including the booking fee, to all customers.. We are working with Eventbrite Tickets, one of the biggest ticket providers in the UK, who sell tickets for many of the biggest festivals and events.
Upon arrival, You will not need to open your car window, simply present your booking email or QR code for us to check then you will be directed to your parking bay.
Yes, you will need to input this information on the ticket page as the entry will be done via license plate to minimise staff interaction.
Each car at the Peachy Playhouse is allocated its own enlarged parking space, designed to adhere to current government regulations on social distancing.
All of the procedures we have put in place have been planned with our team of Health and Safety experts to ensure that we can effectively operate a safe experience for all.
Yes, you can exit your car but you MUST stay in your own garden space as marked out by picket fencing.
All parking bays at our Peachy Playhouse are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Only vehicles up to 7 people such as SUV’s and people carriers will be allowed. No vans or lorries are permitted. All we ask is that everyone has their own seat.
If you have access requirements and need to be parked near to accessible toilet facilities, just drop us an email with your scheduled performance and number plate to email@example.com.
We kindly ask that cars take their rubbish away with them and do not dispose of it at the event.
Unfortunately not. For hygiene and safety reasons ONLY registered guide dogs will allowed at the Peachy Playhouse. Visitors attempting to bring any animals to the event will be turned away and no ticket refunds will be available.
Please place your hazard lights on to attract the attention of one of our stewards.
We have movies and entertainment on offer for all ages, from children’s classics to the latest blockbusters. We will list every entertainment and movie’s age restriction ahead of booking. If you attend a 12+ or 15+ screening, please ensure you have a valid form of ID with you for your child / children.
Yes, you can book as many sessions as you would like. Please be aware that we will ask you to depart the site and return between sessions.
Outside food and drink is not permitted at Peachy Playhouse venues.
Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you’ll receive an email from us with a link through to the menu. You will not be able to pre-order but will be able to order onsite through the Peachy Playhouse food and Beverage APP. Our delivery teams will bring the food all packaged up straight from the catering unit and deliver to your bay.
Meals will be delivered to each parking bay by staff wearing appropriate PPE.
All food will be served as described on the menu. We are unable to take special requests.
We will have hand sanitiser stations outside each toilet location, plus additional hand sanitiser at the catering points. All our staff will receive extensive training around the appropriate safety procedures for maintaining the highest levels of hygiene. This includes regular hand washing, as well as the use of appropriate levels of PPE when preparing, serving and delivering food and beverages.
Toilets be operated by a socially distanced queue system. They will offer social distant, spaced out queues, with regular cleaning by our onsite team.
We open our doors 45 minutes before the performance begins. Make sure to have the barcode ready (either in printed form or on your mobile phone display) to speed things up! All our sessions start at the advertised time.
There is no admission once the session has started and we cannot provide refunds for latecomers.
If the session is in the evening, we ask that you turn off your lights, then sit back and enjoy the film. We ask that you only leave your car to visit the toilet facilities. Please note that there’s a limit of 7 people in the toilet area at a time – in case of queuing you’ll need to respect a 2 metre distance from the person in front of you.
Our LED screens are designed to operate outdoors and therefore provide a great picture quality no matter the weather.
We’ll go ahead in most weather, including rainfall, and will never cancel a session before the advertised start time.
In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled your tickets can be exchanged for another date.
If you do have any technical difficulties or car issues, just turn on your hazards and a member of our team will be right over to assist you. No honking of the horn please!
